THE CLIENT
Louisiana Heart Hospital in Lacombe, Louisiana, is a 136-bed acute care hospital offering a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, including more than 35 specialties, to St. Tammany Parish and surrounding communities.

THE CHALLENGE
The hospital wanted to boost new patient numbers for their primary care physicians and orthopedic surgeons, which meant reaching out to folks who lived nearby, were in need of specific service lines and weren’t current patients.

THE SOLUTION
We delivered a custom-designed direct mail campaign with multiple pieces featuring eye-catching extras, including affixed magnets and variable data. Promotional materials were strategically mailed to specific, targeted lists of recipients – helping to exceed expectations and ensure campaign success. 

THE RESULTS
Both service lines promoted in the campaign experienced a significant increase in patients booking appointments within the first week consumers received their direct mail piece.
