THE CLIENT
The Monroe Clinic & Hospital Foundation in Monroe, Wisconsin, supports the not-for-profit work of Monroe Clinic through philanthropy. Tasked with raising funds for a variety of needs at the clinic and in the community, from new healthcare equipment to prescription drug drop box programs to alcohol awareness education in schools and more, the foundation relies on effective donor campaigns to support their programs.

THE CHALLENGE
With a small budget, the foundation needed to make a big impact to grab recipients’ attention and inspire response.

Designed in the seasonal spirit of giving, with a matching reply card and courtesy envelope included, the direct mail campaign raised awareness and, most importantly, increased donor responses to sustain the philanthropic work of the foundation.
